
Pulp Making System
This is the first step in the whole egg tray production process. The machine to be used is the pulp making machine. The raw materials used are all kinds of waste paper, books, impurities, cardboard boxes, etc. The function of the pulper is to break up the raw material into pulp.
(1) Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp, then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.
(2) Put the pulp in the storage tank into the pulp mixing tank, adjust the pulp concentration in the pulp mixing tank, and further stir the white water in the return tank and the thick pulp in the storage tank through the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the pulp supply tank to be used in the molding system.
Equipment used: pulping machine, homogenizer, pulp supply pump, vibrating screen, pulp deconsolidator.


Molding System

This egg tray forming system is the core part of the whole egg tray production process. The machine used is the egg tray machine. There are different types of machines with different capacities, but the function is to form the pulp into trays.
(1) The pulp in the pulp supply pool is fed into the forming machine, and after adsorption by the vacuum system, the pulp passes through the mold on the equipment to leave the pulp on the mold to form. The white water is adsorbed and driven back into the pool through the vacuum pump.
(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold uses positive pressure to discharge air through the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the rotating mold, and is sent out from the transfer mold.

Drying System
The egg tray drying system is to dry the paper trays in the whole egg tray production process. Drying the wet trays in this step speeds up the official commercialization.
(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind.
(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, the heat source can be natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied petroleum gas and other heat sources.
(3) New multi-layer drying line: Multi-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying. The main heat source is natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol and other clean energy sources.


Packing system
This packing process actually contains two steps, one is hot pressing and the other is packing. Both steps belong to the final stage of the whole produciton line, you can choose to buy or not according to your needs.
