Hay Cutter and Baler is an integrated hay cutter that adds a cutting function to the existing hay baler. It is driven by a power steering pump and equipped with a four-wheel tractor and a three-link suspension system. Furthermore, it can be used for both harvested and unharvested fields for mowing and baling. It is also suitable for crushing and baling straw, and can handle upright or fallen straw, such as corn stalks, wheat stalks, and cotton stalks. The integrated mower-baler operates in the field, but field conditions vary greatly. Therefore, the machine must be adjusted according to the actual field conditions. We produce two types of machines: square bale straw crushing and baling machines and round bale straw crushing and baling machines. Besides both being tractor-powered, their structures and finished products differ. Below is a brief introduction to these two machines.
Type I: Round Hay Crusher and Baler
This machine bales the finished product into round bales. It can use ropes or nets for baling, with bale sizes of 70*100 mm and a harvesting width of 1.8 meters or 1.65 meters. The corresponding tractor power is greater than 75 horsepower and 60 horsepower, respectively. Type Two: Square Hay Cutter and Baler
The square cutting and baling equipment is hay cutter and baler in one, automatically completing the crushing, picking, and packing. The bundling material is only yarn. The finished product is the square shapes. It’s applicable to various kinds of stalks.

What are the differences between the two hay cutter and balers?
