Application & Function of OTR Debeader
يستخدم مُزيل العُقدة لـ OTR على نطاق واسع في مصانع إعادة تدوير إطارات النفايات, خاصة لمعالجة:

It is usually installed as a pre-treatment machine before tire cutting or shredding equipment in an OTR tire recycling line.
Working Principle of OTR Debeader
ال مزيل البعد OTR works mainly by using a hydraulic system to generate strong pressure, which allows the machine to pull out and separate the bead wire from OTR tires.
During operation, the OTR tire is positioned and fixed on the machine. Then the hydraulic cylinder drives the powerful pulling hook / claw, which grips the tire bead area tightly. Under continuous hydraulic force, the machine extracts the steel bead ring from the tire sidewall.
بعد إزالة العُقدة، يصبح من الأسهل قطع الإطار وتكسيره، ويمكن جمع سلك الحبة بشكل منفصل لإعادة التدوير.
