Tire Debeader is a hydraulic machine specifically designed for the pre-processing of waste tire recycling. It primarily removes the steel wire rings from the tire bead before shredding. This effectively improves the purity of recycled rubber, reduces wear and maintenance costs of subsequent shredder blades, and is suitable for passenger car, truck, and some engineering tires. This equipment is suitable for tires with a diameter less than 1200mm. It uses a hydraulic system to drive a hook, removing the steel wire bead from the tire sidewall, thus reducing wear on subsequent equipment.
This machine is suitable for handling waste tires with diameters up to 1200mm. It can fully extract the steel ring from the sidewall, reducing wear on subsequent equipment and increasing the quality of reclaimed rubber.
Two Types Available of Tire Debeader
Single Hook Debeader
The single-hook wire drawing machine uses hydraulic pressure to pull out the steel wire from one side of a truck tire. Suitable for users with moderate capacity needs.

Working Principle of Tire Debeader
The tire debeader works by using a hydraulic or mechanical pulling system to grip and extract steel wire beads from waste tire sidewalls. The tire is fixed in position, while a high-strength hook or claw pulls the bead wire out in one piece. This process separates steel wire from rubber efficiently, reduces tire damage, and prepares the tire for cutting, shredding, or tire recycling.
