Tire Sidewall Cutting Machine used to separate the tread, sidewall, and bead from waste tires, this is the first step in waste tire recycling. The tire circular cutter is a standalone auxiliary device that lays tires (including nylon tires, rim tires, and steel-belted tires) with a maximum diameter of 1200mm flat on the machine. The tires are secured within the machine’s opening using an upper and lower locking system. Then, alloy blades are used to cut the tread and bead from the tire’s shredding area. The entire process takes only 3 minutes.

How the Tire Sidewall Cutting Machine Works?
The Tire Sidewall Cutting Machine is designed to separate the sidewalls from waste tires before further recycling. First, the tire is fixed securely on a rotating support platform. The operator adjusts the cutting tool to align with the sidewall position.
Powered by a motor or hydraulic system, the cutting blade moves steadily along the edge of the tire. As the tire rotates, the blade cuts through the rubber and steel wire, removing the sidewall efficiently and cleanly.After cutting, the tire body and sidewalls are separated for the next processing step, improving the efficiency of the tire recycling production line.
