Working Principle of Tire Strip Cutter Machine
The Tire Strip Cutter is designed to cut waste tires into uniform rubber strips for further recycling. First, the tire sidewalls (beads) are removed by a tire debeader. Then, the tire body is fed into the strip cutting machine.
The machine uses multiple rotating disc blades mounted on parallel shafts. As the tire passes through the blades, it is continuously sheared into evenly sized rubber strips. The strip width can be adjusted by changing the blade spacing.
