4×4 Egg Box Machine
The main equipment in this project is the 4×4 egg tray forming machine. The machine capacity is approximately 3000 pieces per hour, suitable for medium-scale production requirements.
The egg box machine uses pulp suction molding technology to shape wet egg trays efficiently and continuously.
Egg Tray Production Process

Egg Tray Forming
After pulping, the slurry enters the forming section. The machine forms wet egg trays through molds and vacuum suction.
Drying Stage
The wet trays are then transferred to the drying system to remove moisture before packaging or storage.

our Tanzania customer bought 4-4 egg tray +brick dryer （heating type coal）. And our engineer help customer install brick dryer and train and debug the machine and let customer use machine smoothly and successfully in June 2026. now our customer very happy with our service and machine performance.
