Application
Tire Recycling Machine is mainly used for crushing truck tires, car tires, bus tires, OTR tires and various rubber products like belt, seal parts, pipes into rubber granules or rubber powder with required fineness, while separating steel wires and nylon fibers,and realize the recycling and reusing of waste tires. The finished products are used to produce reclaimed rubber, modified asphalt, rubber bricks, pyrolysis oil, sealing strips, insulating rubber materials, waterproof materials, drainage pipes, paving of roads and runways, road coverings, TDF, TDA, etc.

Semi-automatic Tire Recycling Machine
Cette configuration convient aux opérations de recyclage de petite à moyenne taille pour le traitement de pneus d’un diamètre de 1200 mm. Deux à trois travailleurs sont nécessaires pour la étape de pré-traitement. Équipement inclus :

- Machine de broyage de caoutchouc: Broyer les blocs de caoutchouc en poudre de caoutchouc.

Ligne de recyclage de pneus usagés entièrement automatique
Cette solution convient au traitement des pneus de voiture et de camion d’un diamètre inférieur à 1200 mm. Elle comprend trois configurations personnalisables :
- Déchiqueteuse de pneus: Utiliser le système hydraulique pour retirer la jante en acier du pneu.
- Machine de découpe de pneus: Couper le pneu en trois sections pour un broyage ultérieur facile.

Spécialement développé pour les pneus tout-terrain (OTR) utilisés dans les véhicules miniers et de construction, cette ligne de recyclage de pneus usagés gère des tailles de pneus plus grandes avec deux options de configuration :
For tire diameters between 1800–4000mm
OTR debeader: Remove steel rims from OTR tires.
OTR cutter: The tyre with the rim removed is cut into three sections for subsequent shredding.

For tires above 2100mm in diameter
OTR dismantling machine: The tyre is cut and separated into 4-6 parts, such as bead opening, tread, and top of the tyre, for further processing.
