How does this round bale wrapper work?
Step 1: Automatic Feeding
Fresh forage such as silage grass, corn stalks, or straw is fed into the machine through the conveyor or hopper system.
Step 2: Compression and Baling
The material is compressed inside the baling chamber.
The machine forms a high-density round bale to reduce internal air and improve fermentation quality.
Step 3: Net Wrapping (Optional)
The compacted bale is wrapped with net or binding material to maintain its round shape before film wrapping.
Step 4: Transfer to Wrapping Platform
The finished bale is automatically transferred to the rotating wrapping table.
Step 5: Double Film Wrapping Process
Two stretch film rolls rotate simultaneously around the bale.
