The tire cutting machine is a highly efficient hydraulic machine specifically designed for the pre-processing of waste tires. It can quickly cut passenger car and light truck tires with a diameter of up to 1200mm into large pieces smaller than 900mm.
The OTR cutting machine is used to slice off-the-road (OTR) tires from which the bead wires have already been removed, cutting engineering machinery tires with a diameter of up to 4000mm into smaller pieces for subsequent shredding.
Applicable Raw Material
This machine is suitable for passenger car tires, light truck tires, and some OTR tires for pretreatment. Tyres that have had their beads removed can be cut into three sections for subsequent entry into the tire shredder.
