Our silage baler wrapping machine has been successfully delivered to a client in southern Brazil. Engaged in large-scale dairy farming and silage processing, the client handles thousands of tons of corn stover and green corn annually. They were seeking an efficient solution to process and preserve silage to meet year-round feeding requirements for their beef or dairy cattle. Their goal was to improve forage storage quality while reducing labor costs; consequently, they decided to acquire a high-efficiency silage baler wrapping machine that integrates both baling and wrapping functions.

Machine Configuration
The farm purchased our model 60 silage baler wrapping machine, with the following key features:
Size: 350014501550mm.
Bale size: Φ600*520mm.
Baling speed: 50-75pieces/h.
Bale weight: 90-140kg/bale.
Equipped with automatic film cutting and wrapping functions.
Can work with forage harvesters and silage storage systems for continuous operation.
This machine ensures uniform wrapping, tight bales, suitable for long-distance transport and long-term storage.

Model 60 silage baler wrapping machine Working Process
Feeding and Conveying
Fresh forage materials such as corn silage, grass, or straw are fed into the machine through the feeding inlet. The conveyor system continuously transfers the material into the compression chamber for processing.
Compression and Baling
Inside the baling chamber, the material is compressed into a dense and uniform round bale. The hydraulic system ensures high-density baling, which helps improve storage efficiency and silage quality.
Net Tying
Once the bale reaches the preset size and density, the machine automatically wraps it with a net. The net keeps the bale compact and stable during handling and transportation.
Automatic Wrapping
After net tying, the bale is transferred to the wrapping table. The wrapping system rotates the bale and applies multiple layers of stretch film to create an airtight seal.
Finished Bale Discharge
The wrapped bale is automatically released from the machine and placed on the ground or collection area, ready for storage or transportation.
Silage Fermentation and Storage
The airtight film prevents air and moisture from entering the bale, creating ideal anaerobic conditions for fermentation. This process preserves nutrients and ensures high-quality feed for livestock throughout the year.and silage preservation for 9‑12 months. Feed quality improved significantly, and labor costs decreased.

Why Choose Us
Improved Production Efficiency
The silage baler wrapping machine enabled continuous baling and wrapping, greatly increasing silage processing efficiency and helping the farm handle larger volumes of forage in less time.Baling efficiency increased by 30‑40% compared with manual or traditional methods.
Reduced Feed Loss
The tightly wrapped bales provided excellent airtight sealing, minimizing spoilage caused by air, moisture, and mold. This significantly reduced silage losses during storage.Tight wrapping reduced dry matter loss, increasing preservation rate by 5‑8%.
Easy Operation
With its user-friendly design and high level of automation, the machine reduced manual labor requirements and allowed operators to quickly master the equipment.Only two operators required for daily production.
Convenient Transportation and Storage
Compact and uniformly shaped bales were easier to stack, transport, and manage, improving overall logistics efficiency on the farm.
Higher Feed Quality
The wrapped silage maintained better nutrient content and fermentation quality, providing livestock with high-quality feed throughout the year and supporting improved animal performance.Fully fermented silage with better flavor.
