Application & Function of OTR Debeader
The OTR debeader is widely used in waste tire recycling plants, especially for processing:

Working Principle of OTR Debeader
The OTR Debeader works mainly by using a hydraulic system to generate strong pressure, which allows the machine to pull out and separate the bead wire from OTR tires.
During operation, the OTR tire is positioned and fixed on the machine. Then the hydraulic cylinder drives the powerful pulling hook / claw, which grips the tire bead area tightly. Under continuous hydraulic force, the machine extracts the steel bead ring from the tire sidewall.
After debeading, the tire becomes easier to cut and shred, and the bead wire can be collected separately for recycling.
