Good News! Our egg tray making machine has been successfully installed and put into operation in Zambia. The client shared a video demonstrating the smooth operation of the production line at their facility. The project comprises a complete egg tray making machine, covering all stages of the process, including pulping, molding, and drying.<\/p>

The equipment purchased is a “3\u00d71” model egg tray machine<\/a> with an hourly output of approximately 1,000 to 1,500 trays. Designed to meet the needs of small- to medium-scale production, the system utilizes waste paper as its primary raw material. Currently, the equipment is performing well; it has not only helped the client reduce packaging costs but has also created new business opportunities for them in the local market.<\/p>

The complete 3\u00d71 egg tray manufacturing line consists of the following equipment:<\/p>
