Tire Debeader is a hydraulic machine specifically designed for the pre-processing of waste tire recycling. It primarily removes the steel wire rings from the tire bead before shredding. This effectively improves the purity of recycled rubber, reduces wear and maintenance costs of subsequent shredder blades, and is suitable for passenger car, truck, and some engineering tires. This equipment is suitable for tires with a diameter less than 1200mm.
