Pulpenherstellungssystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dies ist der erste Schritt im gesamten Produktionsprozess der Eierk\u00f6rbe. Die verwendete Maschine ist die Pulper-Maschine. Die Rohstoffe, die verwendet werden, sind alle Arten von Abfallpapier, B\u00fccher, Verunreinigungen, Pappkartons usw. This egg tray forming system is the core part of the whole egg tray production process. The machine used is the Eierkartonmaschine<\/a>. There are different types of machines with different capacities, but the function is to form the pulp into trays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) Das Pulpen im Pulpenversorgungsbecken wird in die Formmaschine eingespeist, und nach Adsorption durch das Vakuumsystem passiert die Pulpe die Form auf der Ausr\u00fcstung, um die Pulpe auf der Form zu hinterlassen und zu formen. Trocknungssystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das egg tray drying system<\/a> is to dry the paper trays in the whole egg tray production process. Drying the wet trays in this step speeds up the official commercialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) Nat\u00fcrliche Trocknungsmethode: Das Produkt wird direkt durch Wetter und nat\u00fcrliche Luft getrocknet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) Traditionelles Trocknen: Ziegel-Tunnelofen, die W\u00e4rmequelle kann Erdgas, Diesel, Kohle, trockenes Holz, Fl\u00fcssiggas und andere W\u00e4rmequellen sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) Neue Mehrschicht-Trockenlinie: Die Mehrschicht-Metall-Trockenlinie kann mehr als 30 % Energie im Vergleich zur Transmissionstrocknung einsparen. Die Hauptw\u00e4rmequelle ist Erdgas, Diesel, Fl\u00fcssiggas, Methanol und andere saubere Energiequellen.<\/p>\n\n\n
