Machine Configuration
The complete egg tray production line supplied to the Jordan customer includes:
Pulping System
- Hydraulic pulper
- Pulp pump

The pulping system converts waste paper into uniform pulp suitable for molding.
Egg Tray Forming System
- 4×1 egg tray making machine. The main equipment in this project is the 4×1 egg tray forming machine. The machine capacity is approximately 1500–2000 pieces per hour, suitable for medium-scale production requirements.
- Vacuum pump

Egg Tray Production Process

The raw material, mainly waste paper, is processed in the pulping system and mixed with water to create pulp suitable for molding.
Egg Tray Forming
After pulping, the slurry enters the forming section. The machine forms wet egg trays through molds and vacuum suction.
Drying Stage
The wet trays are then transferred to the drying system to remove moisture before packaging or storage.
